Graphene Bandage Patent Confusion?

As far as one can see, there are several organisations in the USA, China and Europe all claiming to have an international classification patent on Graphene bandages. One could argue that the patents are for different types of bandage but for many reasons this could still cause expensive legal battles for the large medical companies involved at a later stage.
